Finally, we’ll co-create your 90-day team strategy and action plan covering new ways of working, accountability frameworks and leadership standards and how you can get the best out of the team.

Once the strategy is agreed, I’ll guide you through implementation as your Coach and strategic HR partner — helping you stay focused and providing support every step of the way.

I'm a qualified & experienced HR Director, an Award Winning Leadership Mentor and a
Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. I'm also Business Woman of the Year 2025 (SME Awards).

During my 15-years as a HR Director & Leadership Advisor/Coach, I've supported Board Members, CEO's, Leaders & Managers to lead with more confidence & impact and build high performing teams.

CEO's & Leaders choose to work with me because I'm experienced in building high performing teams and able to coach & advise on tricky team issues in accordance with the law (which most coaches can't offer). No this is a 1:1 programme.

You’ll have full flexibility to book your sessions at a time that works for you, across the 12-week programme. We’ll make sure they happen when they’ll be most impactful.

Q. Is this a women’s leadership programme?

No it’s for anyone who wants to level up their leadership, regardless of gender. It's actually mostly male CEOs that apply.
